I only got my earphones 2 days ago, and am trying to connect them to my laptop. It doesn't even go in to pairing mode, it flashes green for a second then stops. If I hold it for longer, it turns off. Help!

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3's pairing issue. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please try the X3's with a different audio source/device. I also included a list of steps for X3's Factory Reset:

     

    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3.Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.
