How do I fix my RUNS not playing any sound when my volume is set to the lowest volume at 1 (iPhone volume at 1)?

    Thank you for posting about your concern with the Jaybird RUN. Allow us to help by gathering more details as well as providing more information about this.

     

    For IOS, if the volume is set to the lowest, no sound will be heard. If you are on one level up from silent, then it would be interesting to know what iPhone you're using and its OS.

     

    Also what are you listening to (file type/extension) and what app you are using to stream it.
