I am already a on a replacement as the first one had constant connection drop out for the left earbud ! this is now sorted with the new pair.
I have the X3 so i know what Jaybird can sound like and this is not it. what can i do ? it is horrible. completelt flat sound and NO bass at all. Tried two different musci app (Spotify and Apple Music on Iphone x)
i tried mysound app but it would not connect to it...keep scanning,.
i think i am going to send them back and forget about it to be honest
