    Hi loquenemy,

     

    While updating the firmware is helpful, please note that we allow for a small amount of latency when watching video using Jaybird RUN. To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.

    I have already factory reset the buds and still facing the same audio lag issue when watching Youtube or Netflix

    Hey Bruce,

     

    I am facing the same issue. I followed your advice here and no change. Upset about this issue for the price of the equipment.

     

    I just wrote to customer service since there seems to be no answer on if the issue will be fixed. I had a pair of wireless Beats that I am replacing with the Jaybirds expecting as great an experience, but so far, its not working out that way.
