Help please ... Both buds work when listening to music but only the right works on phone calls? What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Nici001,

     

    Thank you for posting here in the support community. I'd be glad to help you with your query.

     

    I would like to inform you that the call audio is only present on the right bud so you would still enable to hear your surroundings when you're on a phone call.

     

    The call audio will be played via the right side, and your own background noise/voice will come through the left side due to the audio transparency feature of the Jaybird RUN.

     

    This is to give the us an idea of what the background/audio of their own voice sounds like so if they are in too noisy of an environment we will be able to move/adjust so the person on the other end of the call can hear them as soon as the call ends the audio transparency turns off and the headphones go back to normal
