left ear bud not charging in case

    I'm sorry to hear that the left ear bud of your Jaybird RUN will not charge. Here are suggestions that can help you with your concern.


    • Ensure that the pins on the charging case are not bent or broken.
    • Clean the contacts of the buds before charging.
    • Try charging the largest earfins when charging the headset. This will help the be more stable when placed inside the case.
