    Even am experience the husky noise which is very annoying, please suggest how to get over it. Need proper update on the same

    It's been 4 days. I called 2x, posted here. customer service operators know nothing. tech support team- no answer. We are asking a very simple question. Tech team said they can replace. I believe the microphone can not be turned off when listening to music/ running. I believe it is always on. I can even hear the pounding of my feet through the feedback. it is a defect in design. Most people who run do not need microphone on to chat on phone while running. It should be an option to turn it off. it is really annoying. I'm considering returning them.

    I am also suffering with the same issue since very long. Microphone is annoying even when we talk, it catches all the background noises and did not let the conversation.
