while using the jaybird run for phone calls, only the right earbud works. Listening to Music, both earbuds do perfectly work. why is that. how can i have both earbuds working while conducting phone calls ?

    Hi Possa,


    Thank you for posting here in the community. I am sorry to inform you that the right earbud only works when you're on a phone call due to the audio transparency feature. The call audio will be played via the right side, and your own background noise/voice will come through the left side


    This is to give the you an idea of what the background/audio of their own voice sounds like so if they are in too noisy of an environment they will be able to move/adjust so the person on the other end of the call can hear them 


    As soon as the call ends the audio transparency turns off and the headphones go back to normal.

    it is so silly that only the jaybird run allows for one earbud audio on phone calls. it is incredibly distracting to be on a call and only have one bud with audio.


    i just sent an email to support:


    "I would like to have the audio for phone calls be on both ear buds and not just the right one. And, I see through the forums that I am not the only customer who would like this option. Please advise when an update will be released to allow for dual audio on phone calls."

    Is it possible to change the phone feature to be on the left bud instead of the right?

    I keep asking about a feature to at least move the call audio to the left ear. I'm partially deaf in the right ear. My question always goes unanswered.
