When I run with the Jaybird Run after about 10 minutes they announce "shutting down" then I turn them back on, wait for reconnect, connect, play some music and they shut down again. I've updated firmware and reset.

    I have the same issue. The Runs operate properly for a period of time then beep and announce that that they are powering off. They'll continue to shut down until I do a "soft" reset by placing them in the charging case. Then the whole scenario repeats every 10-15 minutes of usage. Also did the "hard" reset and updated firmware. Jaybird has said that they'll send me a replacement pair, but it's been a few weeks and a lot of back and forth with no confirmation that the replacements have been sent 😐 . Hope you've had better luck than I've have...

    I'm on my third pair. I use best buy protection because all these warranties are like that takes weeks of not having the product you paid for. For a product designed for running they are horrendous. Also support basically told me that it's hard to make stuff that handles sweat basically deal with it. I've been trying to trade them in for a different brand but so far best buy hasn't had anything in stock.

    Funny, I have the Best Buy warranty too, but can't make easy use of it as I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and the only Best Buys are on Oahu. I'm limited to exchanging when I travel over. Have you had a better experience with the pair that you have now? I just got notice that Jaybird has shipped my replacements. If they have the same issue, I'll probably exchange for another brand the next time I fly over.

    Wirecutter says those are good. Jaybird doesn't even make any of the or lists. It was reviewed though. I think previously they were listed but recent update shows not preferred

    Those were exactly the buds I was looking at. I'll be getting the replacement Runs in the next few days. I hope that the issue does not repeat as I really like the way the Runs look, fit, and sound. I'll update this in a few weeks.
