    Thank you for posting your concern here in the community. I am sorry to hear that you're having connection issue with Jaybird RUN. I have some recommendations on how to resolve this.

     

    -Make sure to update the firmware of your Jaybird RUN.

    -Please take time to read the RUN FAQ on HOW DO I GET THE BEST POSSIBLE BLUETOOTH CONNECTION?

    -Try to perform a factory reset after the firmware update.

     

    To hard reset your right earbud:

     

    1. Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    2. With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    3. Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
