Run's connect to my Note 8 right away. Media Audio fails to connect and retries several times before it is stable and works. Sometimes it fails to enable all together and I have to toggle it on manually. Is this a known issue, is there a fix?

    Thank you for posting here in the support community. I am sorry to hear that you're having connectivity issue with your Jaybird RUN. This is not we expect from a premium product, However no worries, we'll gonna help you out with your concern.

     

    Please try to perform a hard reset and let us know if this will fix the issue.

     

    To hard reset your right earbud:

     

    1. Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    2. With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    3. Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.
