Why will RUN not sync to video audio properly? There is a lag between the device an the ear buds. Firmware is updated and STILL there is a delay...

This is an issue with the Bose soundsport free as well. It's a hardware limitation as truly wireless headphones connect to one earbud as the main receptor which this transmits to the other. Therefore there will be a delay in video. The Apple airpods are built differently I believe. MX Player offers a audio delay option in settings if you have an android. Keep in mind these are made for running and being active. Not for video viewing. It's a sacrifice but maybe it will be corrected in the future.

the only problem with your answer is that the X3 also has this problem... I have not had this issue with the Bluebud X... and I believe that the X3 is of similar design concept with the X and the X plays audio with video incredible well...

Jaybird Run audio lag fix: Install Metronome app from Google Play and go to app settings. Once there scroll down to Audio Latency Offset. Move the slider above the reset button all the way to the left and just enjoy your videos with the audio as they should be.
