I have Latest earbuds RUN, Issue is during Phone call sound comes only from Right EarBud but not from Left Earbud?
I bought my RUN earbuds last week while traveling abroad.
When I got home and opened the box for the first time, I noticed the right earbud is not recognized by the case charger.
Tried to contact support but no answer so far.
Has anyone else encountered this defect? did you manage to get a response from support?

Thank you for posting here in support community. I would like to inform you that the phone audio is only present on the right earbud due to the audio transparency feature. The call audio will be played via the right side, and your own background noise/voice will come through the left side
This is to give the you an idea of what the background/audio of their own voice sounds like so if they are in too noisy of an environment you'll be able to move/adjust so the person on the other end of the call can hear them.
As soon as the call ends the audio transparency turns off and the headphones go back to normal.
