Call audio is only present on the right bud???

    thanks a lot for your reply!

    I am sorry to say, this does not make any sense at all! Please explain to me why you have call audio on both buds for ALL of your other products (X, X2, X3, Freedom) and not for the RUN?

    Please provide a firmware update to enable this on both buds and make it an option to switch on or off the left side in your app.

    I cannot believe that there are any technical limitations that prevent you from also having call audio on the left side so please let the runners decide how they want to use it. calls on only one ear is very uncomfortable and clearly not my intended use case. If this does not work I may need to return them.

    Hi Timsa,

     

    I would like to inform you that the call audio will be played via the right side, and your own background noise/voice will come through the left side due to the audio transparency feature of the Jaybird RUN.

     

    This is to give the us an idea of what the background/audio of their own voice sounds like so if they are in too noisy of an environment we will be able to move/adjust so the person on the other end of the call can hear them 

     

    as soon as the call ends the audio transparency turns off and the headphones go back to normal

    OK, we understand that!! When are we or how can we set it so we listen to our calls on BOTH ear buds??? what do we need to do?? When you guys began making these new wireless headphone, there is no way it didn't cross your mind that people would be upset and would prefer to hear their phone calls on BOTH ear buds!!! Why is there NO option to set it on both ear buds? other than that, the headphone are magnificent and excellent. I am a full-time competitive athlete for the north central region in Illinois, gymnastic, olympic weightlifting, general strength and conditioning, as a competitor in crossfit... these headphones are amazing but once again, WE appreciate and would like to know HOW we can listen to our calls on BOTH ear buds. other than that, the headphone are absolute magnificent!!!
