Run earbuds are paired but there's only music coming out of the right earbud. Nothing comes out of the left earbud. Left earbud is on. Voice prompt confirmed. How do I pair between right earbud and left earbud? I also did a reset already.

    Thank you for posting here in support community. I am happy that you've purchased one of our product and for being a Jaybird Fan. I am sorry to hear that the left side of your Jaybird RUN stopped working. I recommend you to perform a hard reset which can help you to resolve your concern.

     

    To hard reset your right earbud:

    1.) Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    2.) With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    3.) Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

    4.) Clean speakers for debris
