the wire has become twisted & the copper has broken out & become exposed. I have only had them for 15 months, only use them occasionally for workouts & keep them in the case when not in use. Is it possible to get these fixed/replaced?

    I have the same problem! My Jaybird Freedoms are 17 months old and kept in a case when they aren’t in use. copper wire is exposed just below the power/charger portion of the headphones.

    I wasn’t able to check if a replacement or repair is included in the warranty because it appears that the warranty page is being updated.
