The bud stays in my ear when I try to pull it out. The connection to the cord is loose. Only had for 6 months. Can I get replacement buds?

    Hi

    No damage, it seems like the hole around the bud where the cord connects has 'widened' so the fit isn't as tight. The other buds fit fine but they are too big for my ears.
