I bought my Freedom2 headphones to pick up calls when on the field (hiking guide). The microphone NEVER WORKED. I thought I may have missed something and not use it properly, or that my phone could not work with it. I now tested it with an other phone, same problem. I can hear, but not speak.
Since I live on an island and bought it in an airport, I could not return it and have no way to go to any store and fix it. I tried the factory reset, no results. Blowing in the microphone does not work either, and anyway it never worked including when I took it out of the packaging. If I wanted earphones, I would not have paid that much for an unreliable product.
What do you suggest now?
