Name: Damian Taylor Case: 05921977 Subject: Stopped working - purchased Feb 17 Description: Hi I was running yesterday and my Jaybird freedom stopped working. The battery was charged and there was no voice indicating they were low on battery. When I returned home I placed them on the charging battery. The red light did not turn on. I removed them several times and finally the red light came on. After a period I tried numerous times to switch on - I heard what I thought was a very faint crackle but the unit did not switch on. Can someone advise how I can fix this problem or the process for making a warranty claim in Australia. Kind regards Damian
