    Axel, I’m struggling to understand why it is taking so long to get a response on this. The issue is clearly articulated in my initial email. Either your customer service department is under resourced or there are many customers who have come up against similar problems and your team is struggling to keep up? Either way I would appreciate an answer. The timeframe to get a response is simply unacceptable. Please advise a course of action urgently. Regards, Damian
