    I like how they tell you to reach out to THEM, when they should be reaching out to YOU! These canned responses and lack of true customer service says a lot about this company. FYI... I returned mine and am done with Jaybird.

    well, i called them on thursday to say you know “i havnt received an email yet” and i got told that his higher superior that send these email out had a member of family pass away a day after i called them about my jaybirds. fair enough. he promised me an email on friday, he said no need to worry there will be an email sent out immediately tomorrow. still nothing. ill wait till monday cause i’m giving this higher superior the benefit of the doubt.

    As much as I hate to say this, you probably aren't going to get anything from these guys. I purchased 2 charging clips on the website, I have called 4 times, APPARENTLY had 2 replacement shipments sent, (UPS said there was nothing for them to pick up when they went) and escalated my issue to the "back office", then to the "internal team". Ps, that was over a month ago. They finally, just yesterday offered me a refund. I JUST WANT MY CHARGING CLIPS... Moral of the story, should have read the hundreds of stories on here where they screw people when it comes to shipping

    well that’s beautiful news, i’m really hoping they can get this running smoothly cause i currently have $180 just sitting here and i can’t use them 😫😑

    Like I said, its been over a month of mine just sitting in my night stand. Sorry eth. I've spent over 2 1/2 hours on the phone with them, dozens of emails, and just yesterday got offered the refund. Unfortunately, there aren't any other places on the internet to purchase a replacement set of charging clips, so we are screwed
