i contacted jaybird about losing my freedom charging clip and they said that they would send me out a whole new pair of earphones, they told me to wait 1-2 days and if receive an email saying that i was not or was accepted to get a new pair. it’s been 4 days and i’ve recieved nothing. hopefully they get in contact with me because i really like these headphones.
