    Hello, I was able to contact another customer service representative through chat/email. I submitted my reciepts and now they told me to wait till the case gets approved? Case number 07236835 I want to know how long it would take because these headphones shouldn’t have stopped working only a week in. Best, Melissa

    Hello, I recieved the tracking number yesterday but I have tried to track it and it says there was an error? Tracking number - 1ZR6V2170351779997 I’m wondering if I recieved the wrong one or it hasn’t updated in the system? Could you please check? Thank you

    Hello, I recieved an automated response saying my replacement has been shipped. It’s been three days and the tracking number keeps showing up as error. Please check what is going on with the tracking number.
