I've tried contacting support but they haven't been much help. I was in the gym recently and when I hit the pause button to stop the music and then hit it again to replay, I realized that the headphones were off. The sound which usually signals that they're powering off didn't sound off. It was like they just died on me. I tried to turn them back on but they wouldn't turn on. I tried holding down the button longer and nothing happened. Eventually they turned back on and I heard the prompt and they were working fine. Then I had to pause the music again and the same thing happened! This time they wouldn't turn on at all. After much trial and error, they finally started working again. I tried resetting them but that didn't work since the next day the problems happened again. When turning on sometimes i noticed the green LED would flicker for like 0.5 second and then die out. I thought they died so I tried charging them and nothing was working. Eventually, I plugged them into the wall and they were charging- which was weird because the battery pack and the headphones were fully charged earlier. The problem still persists and now it seems like it's even more sensitive. I could barely touch the play/pause button and they would turn off. I am afford to press the play/pause button now because they would turn off. I would have to pause using my phone but that is really inconvenient when you're working out intensely. JayBird asked me what kind of workouts do I do- not sure why. They haven't answered me since. I am so disappointed in the Freedoms.
