In March, 2017, I purchased 2 sets of Freedom Earbuds--one set for outdoor bicycle riding and the other for indoor riding. Now, for some reason, when I attach the charged charging block to either set, they will not charge. I have to keep popping the charging block off and on several times, and even after that, they sometimes won't show that they are charging (the LED light does nothing). I have swapped Micro USB Cables (I've tried 6); I've used different power sources (USB Port on 3 different PCs; A/C Power from different outlets); and the problem persists. Eventually, I will get the things to charge, but this sometimes takes up to 15m! I just ended a chat session with their support and they said that they need to be replaced. I asked if this is a known issue and they said it isn't. I find it strange that 2 sets are doing the same thing. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what is the solution?
