Is there something I can do to fix my Jaybird Freedom.

    I am sorry to hear that the right ear bud of your Jaybird freedom is stopped working. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.

     

    Here are some tips we strongly recommend that can help with your concern.

     

    • Factory Reset

     

    1) Turn headphones off 

    2) Put headphones into Pairing mode (hold middle button for 6-8 seconds until it says, ""Searching for your Music Device"") 

    - Headphones will flash red and green 

    3) Once in Pairing Mode, push the middle button twice. The lights will flash red and turn off. 

    4) Delete the Bluetooth profile from your phone or music device. 

    5) Pair phone and headset again with middle button. 

     

    • Make sure to clean the speakers for debris

    Nothing happens, still no sounds on the left ear bud, but thanks though. I'm guessing that I broke the wire inside. Gotta have to buy a new one I guess.

    Yup. I'm on my 3rd pair in less than a year. There must be a defect.
