    Jaybird_Axel, Appreciate the feedback, however, I cannot get the buds to stay in place. I have tried over the ear, under, etc. Unfortunately, to no avail. They come out. Is there an option like the X2 or the original freedom with the foam inserts and separate “wings”? Thanks again, Kyle Wilson 713-449-5900

    Very frustrating. The answer you provided was to read the directions. I did so, many times. The Freedom 2 simply does not stay in the ear. This is a product to avoid. The X2 earbuds are fantastic. Unfortunately, the retailer won’t take them back or exchange. An answer other than read the directions would be appreciated.

    I had this problem with the Freedom 2, I found that they stayed in the ear better if I used a larger size earbud & fin.
