    Hi @Engelbert Bautista ,

I'm experiencing the same issue and called the hotline on 22-Feb 10am. My case number is 04724028. I've tried the hard reset but it doesn't work and guy at the call center said he will send me an email with instructions to get the replacement mailed to my address. I have not receive the email. Could you help me?

    Thanks!

    Egie, or whomever,

PLEASE just post the answer! Apparently this is an issue that impacts a large number of Jaybird Freedom owners and it would be greatly appreciated if you would answer the question and post the answer in this forum rather than just apologize for the inconvenience and promise to provide support.

I also have the same problem.

It seems like the battery within the headset is dead, it only works when attaching with the cradle. The headset LED is always green either it's on or off, it does flash when searching for music device (with the attached cradle).

Please post the answer for solution here.

I'm having the same issue. The lights in my headphones actually burned out or something a month ago so I don't have any indicator lights, but they still worked then this issue occurred. I turned them on inside the charging cradle the other day and they said they were at 60% which I thought was odd. I just submitted an email Case: 08041885

I think they don't want to post answers here because they don't have them... or they've just been ignoring this issue hoping people will just buy a new device.
