Hi. I got my first X3 a little under a year ago and ever since I have not been a fan of the performance. I just use them for running a few hours a week and each one had stopped working for different reasons over that time. Tried the numerous fix attempts posted here, and other places online, but in the end each one fails due to being defective.
I do appreciate the Jaybird warranty system to get a replacement, but at this point I have so little faith in the product I'm waiting for this one to now break on me. I wish I kept all the boxes so I could share all the ones that have been sent to me.
At this point all I can do is get a replacement for the same product that has been under performing. I did ask customer service for a refund or was even willing to pay a little more for a higher quality headset from the company. Was told that wasn't an option.
Once again I do appreciate your replacement system, but sometimes if the product isn't working for a person I wish there was a way to split ways or get another product. Thank you.
