can't connect to the app!!! is any one has same problem?

    Hi titi82,

     

    I am sorry to hear that you cannot pair your Jaybirds to your IPhone. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please try the following steps in order:

     

    1. Forget your buds from all previously connected devices

    2. Turn your new phones Bluetooth off for at least 10 seconds

    3. Reset your buds

     

    -Make sure your buds are powered off.

    -From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    -Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

     

    4. Turn your phones Bluetooth back on

    5. Try pairing again

     

    -Turn your Freedom buds on.

    -On your Bluetooth music device, find Jaybird Freedom on the available devices list. -On some devices, you may have to scan for available Bluetooth devices.

    -Tap Jaybird Freedom on the list to connect. Once connected, you will hear “Headphones connected” from your buds.
