My Jaybird X2 headphones have one earbud that stopped working about a week ago. I have reset the device and cleaned the headphones as instructed in other topic discussions. Nothing has worked. Does my warranty cover this? Thank you.

I just had this too! I bought mine in november 2026 and In my case it the left earbud has stopped working. It seems like the small wire from the right earbud has broken. I can somtimes twist the wire to get the sound back, but it's only for a few seconds. I hope this falls under user warranty. I'm going to try and get it fixed this week.
