My Reign won't detect my sleeping... What's wrong?

My Reign will not detect my sleep and will not give me a Go-Zone score in the morning. As far as I know everything is set up correctly, so what's the issue?

  @Kieran Hadley Yes, you can also try this reset for the POD as well. 

   

  Go ahead and click the pod in and out of the charging cradle 6 times, maybe even 7 or 8.  Each time you click the pod into the cradle, make sure you wait until you see the LED lights appear to indicate charging before removing the pod.  On the 6th, 7th or possibly 8th time you should see red leds on one side and green on the other, meeting in the center.  This indicates the pod has been reset.
