Why won’t my left bud not always pair & why doesn’t the quality once the left one seem worse than the right bud?

    Hello Ritchie1974,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run is experiencing connectivity issues with the left ear bud. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please note that the Right bud is the master bud. Resets are recommended, I included both methods:

     

    To soft reset your right earbud:

     

    -Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.

    -Open the charge case and remove your earbud.

     

    To hard reset your right earbud:

     

    -Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    -With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    -Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

    -When you hard reset your earbuds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to forget Jaybird RUN in your phone's Bluetooth device list, repair your earbuds to your Bluetooth device, See How do I pair my Jaybird RUN earbuds? and reselect your favorite preset from the Jaybird app.

    Well, I tried all of the above fixes and my left bud continues to cut out at the slightest head movement. I am absolutely out of patience with Jaybird and will never buy your products again. The shotty, lackluster functionality of the buds coupled with the equally laughable app that only works, when doing a full forget/unpair, then pair again with the “pair your headphones” option qued. I can’t relax and listen because the headphone cut out is so DAMN jarring. I want a full refund for this piece of garbage you pass off as of “equal value.”

    I am ready to “forget” YOU from my phone and my life. I should be paid for all the troubleshooting I have a done. You are an unethical, snake oil salesman company, selling broken out of the box hardware at premium pricing. Oh Jaybird, I LOVE YOU so maaaaaach.......😡😠😤🤬
