    Yes however I live in the U.K. And the clip is not available here yet which leaves me with headphones I can't use

    I'm also waiting for the charging clip to become available in Europe. I have written with you guys over e-mail, but it takes forever. Beau I'm looking forward for the updates, I have not been able to use my freedoms for 2 months now.

    Awful services.... if you lost your charging clip you will buy new headphones because the support doesn't work.... I think that the headphones will not be jaybird.

    So they've helped out one person that doesn't live in the USA about getting a new charge clip but they have ignored pretty much everybody else who has asked for help. That's not what I would call good support by any means.

    I wanted to point out that it is available, but unfortunately not in all areas.  I'm not sure why though.  You might contact Jaybird directly and ask them if they can ship to your country.

    If you leave outside USA don't bother buying this product as you can't get the clip if you loose it.

    I contacted customer service 1 year ago and they told me to wait is coming soon to UK...and still waiting...and waiting

    so don't buy any product you can't find replacement parts.

    I emailed them in Feb when I lost them in Hong Kong, they said "we will refer you to the corresponding distributor for that region". Sure. No fking reply after that "referral". 

     

    4 months later after returning back to Singapore, I wrote in again. 

    "Sorry its out of stock in your region, but there is stock in US"

    Option 1 - buy the replacement and send to your friend and mail it to SG

    Option 2 - Forward Ship it with a carrier service.

     

    You fking expect me to pay for both the part and the shipping after leaving my case out for 4 bloody months.

     

    Well played. I am never recommending this to my friends nor purchasing another product.

    I had requested jaybird to guide me on the similar case as yours. Since then, they have email me several times still I didn't get the charging clip for my freedom Bluetooth. It's very hard to explain when you want to buy additional product because of some defects in your existing product but there is no supply or sales in your region. Screwed up situation.

    I did order online and payed tax and postage since 13/08/2007

    still didn't get it till now and you can't track your order

    it cost me £35 for this clip and with this money I can order other product with good customer service

    Me too - have only had this headset 2 months- lost the charger clip- can't get one in the UK - help Jaybird please. Above replies don't bode well - potentially an expensive necklace.

    lol. I got it off a 3rd party distributor in Singapore, significantly cheaper than handling my own shipping and mail from the US. This price tag, I'd consider other options when the customer service isn't helping.

    Have just bought eBay item 282422670959 looks like the one I want - the seller has 39 of them left - from London £40 ouch! Come on Jaybird - you should provide proper support for your product. I won't be buying from you again.

    I have lost my charger and I need to buy a new one so I can use my headphones. I live i Sweden and have searched everywhere and can't find anywhere I can buy it from.

    Also has a JayBird X3 but the charger does not work for Freedom.

    CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?

    https://weareready.sg, they are an independent reseller in Asia, China/HK/Singapore. If you are elsewhere like France, eBay would probably be your best bet. Or you could use a freight service and buy it from jaybird (they send to the warehouse of your carrier (US) and ship it to you. @Andréa Rettig?

    Let's be honest. The fact that we even need this extra clip is ridiculous. Look at all of the trouble you caused because you couldn't manufacture headphones that require a mini-usb like EVERY ONE of your competitors. I also see no feedback from Jaybird about this. Unacceptable.
