Reign history will not load error

    Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.


    The Jaybird Reign app has not been available since March 2017. On October 31, 2018 server support for Reign ended.


    This change will result in you no longer being able to access your Reign history. You will still be able to use the app for daily monitoring.

    It was still saving my history as of November.


    This is very upsetting since I had only gotten the device 9 months prior July 2016.
