My X3 won't work with my 2015 MacBook Air

    Hi natehuron,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 won't work with your 2015 MacBook Air. 

     

    Please check your device' sound settings and equalizer. It would also help improve the sound quality if you use the Jaybird App.

     

    As for the issue with the mic, please try and reset the X3's by following the steps provided below:
