The left speaker of my jaybirds bluebuds X is not working. And I am also not able to pair my device with the jaybird application. Please help me through it

    Hi Aryankatyal,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Bluebuds X left speaker no longer works. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset:

     

    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3.Hold both volume buttons for 8 seconds. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

     

    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS and checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides.

     

    With regard to the App, please note that you can only connect Jaybird Freedom 5, Jaybird X3, Jaybird Freedom 2 and Jaybird Run on the Jaybird App.

    I tried the factory reset recommended by you but just after pressing the power button for 8 secs when I pressed the volume buttons though the light were flashing rapidly but I couldn't hear any tone and after that my headphones have not been functional. When I switch it off and turn it on again the lights keep flashing and nothing happens. Please help.

    I am not able to pair my headphones to my phone or any device for that matter anyways...when I switch them on there is just the lights blinking... firstly I can't hear any turning on neither do my devices identify it in their Bluetooth vicinity.please help
