    Thanks for reaching out, I see that you have an open case with us and you've tried some troubleshooting for this issue. I have contacted our teams of developers for some more insight on this and will be in touch as I find some more troubleshooting options for you.

    Scott,

     

    Following up on this - 

     

    As you have already done the required troubleshooting it's been suggested by our developers that you go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and "forget" the buds, then try pairing them again. 

     

    Have you had a chance to update the app to MySound 1.6? If not, this is highly recommended.

     

    Also do you have your buds connected to any other devices? If so, please "forget" the X3s from all other devices too. I look forward to hearing from you!
