My sound cannot find my headphones even though they are connected to bluetooth on my iphone 7 plus

    Hi there, 

     

    If your MySound  app is not recognizing your Freedoms, we recommend doing a hard reset on the Freedoms. To reset:

     

    Power the headphones on and hold the power button until they go into pairing mode, you will see the LED flashing red and green.

     

    Now double tap the power button, and the buds will power off. They are now reset, you will need to delete the Freedoms from your music devices and then repair them to all devices. After resetting, try connecting the Freedoms with your MySound app. If this does not solve the issue please contact our customer support at:
