Hi! Unfortunately, the bass has disappeared. Reset does not fix the problem. Can you replace them?

    Hi Bruce, sorry for the delay. I have now tried a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and an iPod 6 in addition to my iPhone 7 (A1778). The problem is the same; no bass sound like playing through a tin can. Can you help to fix this or replace them? Thanks, Orfeus (Øystein Bache)

    I have the same problem, No bass, i try with samsung A50 and Iphone x. I also try to reset... nothing any update that i can download?
