Hey, all —
Since upgrading my phone (a 6S) to iOS 12, I’m seeing a couple of problems with my beloved BlueBuds X.
- The connection is flaky. I turn the buds on and they can’t see the phone. They immediately go into “searching” mode, to no avail. I have to make the phone forget the buds and re-pair them.
- The play/pause button now sends a Redial command to my telephone instead. As you might imagine, this is mighty inconvenient.
Any fixes? I’ve done a factory reset on the buds, but it hasn’t helped. Will this require new firmware or something?
