I bought my Bluebuds X in Nov 2014 and i have been intermittently using it, with long phases of non usage. I started using it more regularly last month and it just died on me, after a sweaty gym session. Charging, resetting..etc does not help. In the last 3 years i may have used it less than 100 hours sadly. For me it really under performed for the price tag.
I called support to claim for warranty, but i was told that the warranty is only 2 years. Quite Unfortunate. can i get a confirmation if the warranty period is indeed 2 years?
