Bluebird X does not turn on

I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from our product.     Also, here are suggestions that I would like you to try that can help with your concern.


    • Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.

    • Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.

    • Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,

    • To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.

    • Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.

    I have the same issue, but I bought mine 2016. The problem is that I don't have the receipt. There is any way to change the battery?

    Same exact problem - I got my Bluebird X earlier this year. They’ve been buggy the entire time. Several times they refuse to turn on. Usually after a quick charge (even if it was showing green) it seemed to kickstart it and I could turn it on. Now, I have a full charge or what it seems to be - charged from a computer not a wall charger and I get nothing. Green light but nothing. Very disappointed

    There’s a 2 year warranty, you should contact the support centre

    I was offered a 30% discount coupon as a goodwill gesture but i am not sure if I want to invest in another earphone from jaybird.
