I'm having trouble with my control buttons. Anybody experience this besides e?

    - Model of Jaybird headset.

    - Buttons that are not working.

    - When did you start to notice the issue?

    - Did the issue started before, while, and/or after an activity?

    Model bluebird x It started on 4/11/17 The power button Due activity. The power button became sensitive and starting changing and calling out on its own. An then suddenly shut down. Powered it back up and won't turn on. I did tak a look at it this morning and it was flashing red and green ..

    Mine are doing the same thing. I have the Bluebird x as well. They just randomly turn on and off as it pleases. And now I can't even get sound out of them. For the amount of money spent this is ridiculous. I've had mine for 2 years and have been working just fine, until now.

    Same problem here in the netherlands! (Just to indicate succes of product!) Love the device, but this malfunction is gettin me really irritated

    yes, I can't turn vol up or down, and can't answer my phone
