    Hi Michael7831,

I'm sad to hear that your Bluebuds X will not power ON or charge anymore. I'm more than happy to help you with the concern.

Please try a factory reset that can help resolve the issue with the headset.

    1. Firmly but quickly press the power button 8 times and then hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 times.

    2. When finished, plug the headset into the charger for 2.5 hours and check the color of the LED status lights.

    3. Power ON the device bu holding the power button for 10 seconds or more.

NOTE: Most of the time if the headset turns RED, it will charge and function normally again. Make sure to fully charge the headset when the light is red.

Feel free to post back for the results or additional information.

    Warm regards,

    Egie

I had the exact same issue today. Green light constantly on and then dead! Is there a way to fix this issue?

I figured my battery over heated when I was in the steam room. I let the headphones sit for a day and repeatedly pressed the center power button and it started to work. I used them again today at the gym and now it works fine.

I have left mine for over 24hrs now and still nothing. They won't charge and won't turn on no matter what buttons I press or hold

I'm having this same issue. Did anyone get theirs to start working again and do they need to be trashed?
