PC can only pick up the "Hands-Free" audio profile with poor sound quality. How can I connect to the proper, good soundquality audio profile?

As you can see, Hands-Free is the only device that appears. There should be a second channel named "Stereo" that has gone completely missing.Capture

Updating this since I figured it out....go to your device manager then find the Bluetooth. Expand it and find the Jaybird Bluetooth. completely uninstall it. Restart your computer and factory reset your headphones. After doing that I was able to reconnect. Hope it works for anyone else with this issue.

    Amazing.

You had the exact answer, and saved me $130 as I bought a replacement set I havn't opened yet. Also, jaybird customer support is terrible - their advice was to "reset" it --- but the key word they failed to say was "Factory Reset" which is entirely different. If I'd listened to customer support, I'd have wasted another hour and still had to buy another pair.

Thanks for the response, it's appreciated

Glad I could help. I also was extremely frustrated with the jaybird customer support who just kept saying "the jaybird is a plug and play device" over and over. You would think they have some knowledge of connecting to different devices but oh well.
