My earphones won't turn off

    @Becky Gross When the headset is still on, hold both the + and - buttons down at the same time until you see the LED lights flash red/green. Once those lights flash red/green, hold the + and - buttons again until the LED light flashes orange and shuts off. That will have performed a hard reset on the headset and you should be able to function the headset as normal again. 

     

    NOTE: You'll want to delete & repair the headset to your music player once finished with that.

    I have tried doing that, but when I hold the + and - no lights go on. Are they broken?

    @Becky Gross If you hold the middle button down for 10 seconds will the LED's start flashing Red/Green? Or show any LED at all?

    No lights appear when I press any of the buttons Happy Connecting. Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S® 5
