Should the X3 inline remote have a higher max volume than the iPhone 5s?

    Thank you for posting here in support community. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Jaybird X3. After testing IOS version. we have noticed it is in sync with the max volume. What iOS version are you using and could you check your sound settings to make sure the max volume bar is maxed out?

    Hi Axel,

     

    Thanks for your reply. Seems it was actually the sound settings that had somehow changed, which I thought I had checked but apparently not. All better now! Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for the swift help!
