The volume control on my Jaybird X3's inline remote does not seem to be in sync with my iPhone 5s' volume. When paired, increasing the volume using the iPhone's own volume buttons only goes to a certain (relatively low) maximum volume. Increasing the volume using the inline remote at this maximum point reveals an additional 4 bars of volume on the iPhone, allowing for a much higher volume. However, when you interact with the phone (e.g. get sent a text, change songs, anything that produces a sound) the maximum volume goes back to the iPhone max, meaning you have to increase it again with the inline remote, which is a tad annoying. Is this per design or is there an issue here?
I have tried a hard reset of both the phone and the X3s, but no change. There's no volume limit set on the phone either.
Thanks in advance,
