    I need one also... mine won't charge the X3's anymore...does their parent company Logitech sell them? If so what is the sku number?

    @Rich Itkin I think Logitech may have agreed to buy Jaybird, but they have not taken over yet. If they had, Jaybird would have a better support and website, I hope. I mean this support website is not even secured to ensure privacy and protections.
