About 25 days ago I received my pair of Jaybird Freedom, they are pretty good, but not as good as I expected for the price. So, I would like to return them. How can I return them? I already tried to contact you through the Chat, but the chat is always 'Not Available'. Probably because of different time zones. I also made a support ticket a few days ago, but I haven't received any response so far.
Can someone here assist me further?
