@Lance Kawabata Try holding down the power button, while it is connected to the charger. Do you not hear it saying "Power On" or "Power Off"?

Green light comes on. No "Power On/Off".

After you have removed the bluetooth profile for the X3s from your music device, do you see the device show up in pairing mode when the light is green on the X3s? If you do not hear a "Power On/Off" and you do not see it trying to pair on your music device, then you will need to get it replaced. You should make a support ticket.

I haven't removed it yet. I'll try it and see...

I have created a support ticket, but haven't been officially contacted by Jaybird yet, except to confirm I have created a support ticket.

    Thank you for the response.

@Lance Kawabata You are supposed to remove the X3s from the music device's bluetooth profiles. That part is usually included with the reset instructions. The reset is basically telling the earphones to start over from scratch, so it will not use the same signals to connect with your music device. Thus, the music device will not be able to recognize the X3s because it is holding on to old signals.

Think of it as you changing your phone number. You are going to have to contact your old contacts to tell them that you have a new number. Your contact would then need to remove your old number and add your new number.

Understood, and I will do so. Surely this wouldn't keep them from powering on?

Based on what you wrote, it looks like you loss the ability to power on, during your steps to reset the X3s. From what you saying, the earphones can receive a charge, they just cannot turn on.

I deleted the X3's BT profile, but it doesn't really matter at this point since the X3's will not turn on. Do I just need to wait until Jaybird responds to my support ticket? How long does that usually take?

You can either reply to the support ticket or wait for someone from their small support team to pick up your ticket.
