    I would contact either PayPal or my credit card company to tell them about this and then ask for a refund. Mention a breach of contract since you agreed to pay for the item and its express shipment, which you did, and Jaybird agreed to sell you the item and provide you with shipping details, within 24 hours, which they did not. Hope you get your money back.
