Grabbed some X3s two days ago. Sound good, great stuff. Well I've had two bugs.
First one- intermittent signal loss/cutting out especially when I'm outside.
Second- volume "up" on the remote only occasionally works. I know the physical button isn't broken because it can still skip songs.
I've heard that factory resetting the buds might solve these issues, BUT for the life of me I can't do it. Unpair from iPhone, hold down both volume buttons- I just can't get the yellow light no matter what I do.
These two bugs put together are making it really hard to enjoy my new earbuds, and I can't factory reset to know if it was just a glitch or if my new product is broken! How should I proceed with this?
